    Jessica is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate at Wylie Counseling & Wellness, holding a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Amberton University. She is under the supervision of Lauren Coats, M.S., LPC-Supervisor, as she continues to deepen her clinical experience. Jessica earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a minor in Christian Studies, from Howard Payne University, where she developed a strong foundation in human behavior, mental health, and the thoughtful integration of faith and personal growth.

    Jessica works with teens and adults, offering compassionate, practical support as clients navigate life’s emotional and relational challenges. She has a particular passion for working with individuals experiencing grief, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, communication difficulties, and boundary-setting struggles. She also enjoys supporting women navigating perimenopausal and menopausal changes, helping them process the emotional, relational, and identity shifts that can accompany this stage of life, including mood changes, increased anxiety, stress, and changes in relationships or sense of self.

    Frankie Dolliff is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate at Rockwall Counseling and Wellness. With a compassionate, down-to-earth approach, she works with clients of all ages—from young children to adults and couples navigating life’s challenges.

    Frankie earned her Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Dallas Baptist University. She spent over two years serving at-risk youth and families in a nonprofit setting—supporting clients through trauma, crisis, and instability. This experience shaped her calm, trauma-informed approach and deepened her passion for creating a space where clients feel safe, seen, and respected.

    Byron specializes in working with young men who want to build stronger relationships, achieve personal and professional goals, and create a healthier, more fulfilling life. He believes in fostering resilience, accountability, and confidence in his clients, guiding them toward lasting change.

    As an EMDR-trained therapist, Byron is passionate about helping men and women process and heal from trauma, abuse, and PTSD. He works closely with active and former military personnel, first responders, and individuals struggling with post-traumatic stress, providing a structured yet compassionate approach to recovery.

    In addition to his clinical work, Byron is currently training his dog, Molly, who will soon join Wylie Counseling and Wellness as our first certified Therapy Dog! 🐾 Molly will bring warmth, comfort, and emotional support to our clients on their healing journeys.
